Money is a lifeless substance, but without it, life as we know it isn’t possible. It takes funding to offer worship, fellowship, maintain buildings, care for one another. One of the steadfast ways that we offer gratefulness to God is through a pledge commitment.

Sponsor altar flowers to beautify the sanctuary with creations from God. Altar flowers are often shared “in memory of” or “in honor” of someone special and can be displayed the Sunday around a meaningful date. Information of sponsored flowers will be included in the worship bulletin.

Outreach Christmas Collections

Outreach has partnered with the Ridley School District Holiday Help Drive and Cradles to Crayons to share our generosity this upcoming Christmas. Our parish exceeds expectations in our generous giving and we hope this Christmas season is no different. Items will be collected throughout November and the deadline for all donations is Wednesday, December 11th.

Bambino Sunday

December 22nd, 8 AM & 10 AM Eucharist

Bambino, or Baby Sunday, is an Italian tradition of bringing your Baby Jesus image to Church for a blessing. They will be placed upon the Altar to connect your image at home to the Eucharist. The word Bethlehem means House of Bread.

Christmas Eve with Children’s Pageant

December 24, 5 PM

A time for the whole family with hymns and the joy of the Children’s pageant. Come sing the familiar songs and hear the ancient story.

Christmas Eve with String Music

December 24, 8 PM

The second Eucharist of the evening will have additional musical accompaniment from string instruments. Meditate in the dimmed nave and sing along to the sacred classics. Share the light of Christmas as we illuminate each others candles during the hymn Silent Night.

Christmas Day Eucharist

December 25, 10 AM

A spoken service giving thanks through the ultimate thanksgiving, the Eucharist. This will be a quiet and simple time of prayer.

Special Christmas Collection

To connect ourselves with Jesus born poor and homeless, you are invited to bring simple white gym socks to church on Christmas Eve, Day, or throughout the Season until the Baptism of the Lord. These socks will be given The Clare Project to help those in extreme poverty on the streets of Philadelphia. This small act will help those who are so often forgotten by our world.

Christmas Poinsettias & Evergreens

Monetary donations of any amount are being collected for Christmas poinsettias and evergreens. You may complete the form online, call or email the church office, or use the paper form found in the rear of the Church.
