Money is a lifeless substance, but without it, life as we know it isn’t possible. It takes funding to offer worship, fellowship, maintain buildings, care for one another. One of the steadfast ways that we offer gratefulness to God is through a pledge commitment.

Sponsor altar flowers to beautify the sanctuary with creations from God. Altar flowers are often shared “in memory of” or “in honor” of someone special and can be displayed the Sunday around a meaningful date. Information of sponsored flowers will be included in the worship bulletin.

2022 Pumpkin Patch Report

Another successful year of our Pumpkin Patch has some to a close, 2,600 pumpkins found their way off our lawn. Thanks to the many hearts and hands who shared their efforts in this annual month long act of love. We connected with neighbors, supported good causes, and invited a dinosaur to stomp in the patch. Even with a wet start unloading the truck and relatively damp October, we managed another incredible year.

Due to the incredible work of our parish we sold $22,914 of pumpkins with our profit being $8020. As promised 20% of our profits went to the local community. Eddystone Outdoor Education Project received $800 and The United Methodist Church Food Bank in Ridley Park received $800. We are thankful to each person who took part in this labor of love and are proud to be called The Pumpkin Church.
